1. Introduction
This Privacy Policy explains how the AVISION application (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, stores and protects your data, including data received from Google APIs, when you use our SaaS software and connect via your Google account.
By using AVISION and connecting to it (in particular via the “Sign in with Google” button), you agree to the practices described in this Policy.

2. Data we collect
2.1 AVISION account data
When you create an account or use AVISION, we may collect your first name, last name, email address, encrypted password, as well as your billing information (if applicable) and profile settings.
2.2 Data received from Google APIs
When you connect your Google account to AVISION, we receive, depending on the permissions (scopes) you approve, the following categories of data:
- Google Business Profile data: Customer reviews (text, ratings, dates), engagement statistics (views, clicks) and information about your business listings.
- Identification data: Your Google account unique identifier and the associated email address.
We apply the principle of least privilege: we only request the permissions strictly necessary to display your dashboard and manage your reviews.
3. How we use data received from Google APIs
In line with Google’s requirements, AVISION uses your Google data only to:
- Display your statistics and reviews in your AVISION dashboard.
- Allow you to reply to your customer reviews directly from our interface.
- Generate sentiment analysis and performance reports for your own use.
Non‑sharing commitment: AVISION does not sell, rent or share your Google data with third parties or advertising platforms. No data transfer is made except to essential technical providers (secure hosting, databases, backups) bound by confidentiality obligations.
4. Security and access tokens
Google access and refresh tokens are stored in encrypted form in our database. They are used only to access the Google data required to provide AVISION’s features.
You can revoke AVISION’s access to your Google account at any time from your Google account settings at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions .
5. Data retention and deletion
We retain your AVISION account data for as long as your account is active. Once your account is closed, your data is deleted or anonymised within a reasonable timeframe, subject to any legal retention obligations.
You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us at support@avision.org.
6. Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection, and data portability. To exercise these rights, please contact us at support@avision.org.
