1. Purpose
These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the AVISION platform, operated by Advantage Synergies LLP, available at https://avision.org.
2. Service access and Google API Integration
Access to AVISION is provided via secure Google OAuth sign‑in.
By connecting your Google account, you grant AVISION permission to access your Google Business
Profile data (via the business.manage scope) strictly to:
- Synchronize and display your business location SEO metrics.
- Allow you to read, manage, and reply to customer reviews.
- Monitor local search performance and provide AI-driven SEO coaching.
AVISION’s use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to Google API Service User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not sell your Google data to third parties, and we do not use it for serving advertisements.
3. User obligations
You agree not to use AVISION for any unlawful activities. You are responsible for complying with Google’s Business Profile policies when replying to reviews or managing listings through our interface.
4. Intellectual property
The AVISION interface, design, and AVI AI algorithms are the exclusive property of Advantage Synergies LLP.
5. Limitation of liability
AVISION is provided “as is”. Advantage Synergies LLP shall not be liable for service interruptions caused by changes to Google API policies or technical downtime from third-party providers.
6. Termination and Data Deletion
You may terminate your subscription at any time. Upon termination or if you revoke AVISION’s access via your Google Security settings, we will stop syncing your data. You may request the permanent deletion of your synchronized data by contacting our support.
7. Governing law
These Terms are governed by English law. Jurisdiction: London, England.
