These Terms of Use govern the contractual relationship between Advantage Synergies LLP, a limited liability partnership registered in England and Wales (Companies House No. OC444202), trading as LocalEdge by Avision, and any individual or entity (the "Client") purchasing access to the LocalEdge software.
LocalEdge is a hosted software (SaaS) providing Google Business Profile management tools including rank tracking, Guardian monitoring, review management, and post generation. Access is granted via a unique embed key delivered by email upon payment.
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that digital access to LocalEdge is provided immediately upon payment. You expressly consent to the immediate delivery of digital content and acknowledge that, as a result, you waive your statutory right of withdrawal under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. This waiver does not affect our voluntary money-back guarantee: 14 days for Solo plans and 30 days for Agency plans, applicable at our discretion upon written request to contact@avision.org.
LocalEdge is sold as a one-time payment granting lifetime access to the base plan. Optional premium add-ons (Guardian, LocalEdge Pro, Bundle) are available as monthly subscriptions and may be cancelled at any time. Prices are displayed inclusive of applicable taxes where required by law.
Solo plans: 14-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase. Agency plans: 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase. To request a refund, contact contact@avision.org with your order details. Refunds are granted at our discretion. No refund is granted after the applicable period or if the account has been used to generate extensive heatmap scans or post content beyond reasonable evaluation use.
LocalEdge, its interface, algorithms, and all associated content remain the exclusive property of Advantage Synergies LLP. The Client is granted a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the software for the duration of their access. Reproduction, resale, or redistribution of the software or its outputs without prior written consent is prohibited.
LocalEdge provides tools to assist in managing Google Business Profiles. We do not guarantee specific ranking improvements or business results. Our liability is limited to the amount paid by the Client in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or loss-of-business damages.
Personal data collected during registration and use of LocalEdge is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available at avision.org/localedge-privacy/. We comply with applicable UK GDPR and EU GDPR requirements.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
