These Terms of Use govern the contractual relationship between Advantage Synergies LLP, a limited liability partnership registered in England and Wales (Companies House No. OC444202), trading as LocalEdge by Avision, and any individual or entity (the "Client") purchasing access to the LocalEdge software. The LocalEdge Lite plan is free. These Terms also apply to Lite users, except for the provisions on payment and refunds.
LocalEdge is a hosted software service (SaaS) providing Google Business Profile management tools, including rank tracking, Guardian monitoring, review management and post generation. LocalEdge also offers a free plan, LocalEdge Lite, for one Google Business Profile, with no time limit and no payment required. Lite is subject to these Terms, to the limits described on the Lite page and to our Privacy Policy, and we may change those limits with reasonable notice. Paid access is granted through a unique embed key delivered by email after payment; Lite access is granted at sign-up.
AVI suggestions, such as post drafts and review replies, are drafts. You are responsible for reviewing them before you publish them, and we do not guarantee that they are accurate or suitable for your business.
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that digital access to LocalEdge is provided immediately upon payment. You expressly consent to the immediate delivery of digital content and acknowledge that, as a result, you waive your statutory right of withdrawal under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. This waiver does not affect our voluntary money-back guarantee: 14 days for Solo plans and 30 days for Agency plans, applicable at our discretion upon written request to contact@avision.org.
LocalEdge is sold as a one-time payment granting lifetime access to the base plan. Optional premium add-ons (Guardian, LocalEdge Pro, Bundle) are available as monthly subscriptions and may be cancelled at any time. Prices are displayed inclusive of applicable taxes where required by law.
Solo plans: 14-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase. Agency plans: 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase. To request a refund, contact contact@avision.org with your order details. Refunds are granted at our discretion. No refund is granted after the applicable period or if the account has been used to generate extensive heatmap scans or post content beyond reasonable evaluation use.
LocalEdge, its interface, algorithms, and all associated content remain the exclusive property of Advantage Synergies LLP. The Client is granted a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the software for the duration of their access. Reproduction, resale, or redistribution of the software or its outputs without prior written consent is prohibited. Content generated for you through LocalEdge, including post drafts and review replies, may be published by you on your own Google Business Profile, or on the profiles you manage for your clients, and used in your own business communications, on every plan including the free Lite plan. The restriction above does not limit that use; it concerns reproducing, reselling or redistributing the software, or its outputs as a product or service in their own right, to third parties.
LocalEdge provides tools to assist in managing Google Business Profiles. We do not guarantee specific ranking improvements or business results. Our liability is limited to the amount paid by the Client in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or loss-of-business damages.
Personal data collected during registration and use of LocalEdge is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available at avision.org/localedge-privacy/. We comply with applicable UK GDPR and EU GDPR requirements.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

LocalEdge uses AI, through the assistant AVI, to suggest content such as post drafts and review replies. You are responsible for reviewing every suggestion before you use it. LocalEdge does not publish AI-generated content on your behalf without an action from you. Content you schedule yourself is published at the time you set, and you can cancel it at any time.
Guardian alerts you to changes in monitored details of your profile. It does not change your profile automatically; any correction is made by you.
You may stop using LocalEdge and close your account at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or end access if you breach these Terms or misuse the Google Business Profile API. After closure, your data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
We may update these Terms. We will tell registered users about material changes by email, and the updated Terms apply from the date shown on this page.
