The LocalEdge Affiliate Program ("Program") is offered by Advantage Synergies LLP ("LocalEdge", "we"). By submitting your application, you ("Affiliate") agree to these terms. To participate, you must: - Be at least 18 years old - Hold a valid Stripe account to receive payments - Not be a direct competitor of LocalEdge - Obtain written approval from LocalEdge before any promotion LocalEdge reserves the right to refuse or revoke any application without obligation to provide reasons.
2.1 LTD Sales (one-time payment) The Affiliate earns 40% of the net amount of each LTD sale generated via their unique referral link. Solo $49 → $19.60 | Agency T1 $89 → $35.60 | Agency T2 $149 → $59.60 | Agency T3 $249 → $99.60 2.2 Recurring MRR Revenue (Pro, Guardian, Bundle) The Affiliate earns 40% of each monthly payment for as long as the referred client maintains an active subscription. This recurring commission has no time limit. Commissions are calculated on the net amount received, after deduction of applicable taxes.
- Validation period: commissions are validated 40 days after the sale date to account for the customer refund period. - Minimum threshold: payments are made only when the available balance reaches a minimum of $10. - Transaction fees: Stripe transfer fees are shared 50% LocalEdge / 50% Affiliate. - Frequency: payments are made on the first business day following commission validation. - Method: transfer via Stripe to the email address registered in your dashboard. LocalEdge reserves the right to withhold any payment in case of suspected fraud or breach of these terms.
A tracking cookie ("avi_le_ref") with a duration of 30 days is placed on the visitor's browser when they click your referral link. Any sale made within this 30-day window will be attributed to you, provided the visitor has not clicked another affiliate's link in the meantime (last click wins). The cookie expires automatically after 30 days. No commission is attributed for sales made after cookie expiry.
The following behaviours result in immediate account termination and cancellation of all pending commissions: - Spam: any unsolicited promotion via email, SMS or instant messaging - Self-referral: using your own link to purchase a LocalEdge product - Fake accounts: creating fictitious accounts to generate artificial commissions - Trademark bidding: purchasing keywords such as "LocalEdge" on Google Ads or other platforms without prior written authorisation - Misleading content: any false or exaggerated representation of LocalEdge features - GDPR violations: collecting or using personal data without consent in connection with Program promotion
6.1 By the Affiliate You may terminate your participation at any time by contacting contact@avision.org. Validated commissions (status "paid") will be paid out. Pending commissions will be cancelled. 6.2 By LocalEdge LocalEdge may terminate your participation with 15 days' notice by email, or immediately in case of breach of these terms. In case of termination for cause, pending commissions are cancelled. 6.3 Effect of Termination After termination, your referral link is deactivated. No new commissions will be generated.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. Advantage Synergies LLP is registered in England and Wales (Companies House No. OC444202).
LocalEdge reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Any material change will be notified by email to the registered address at least 14 days before taking effect.
