We collect the following data when you use LocalEdge: name, email address, and billing details provided during registration; Google Business Profile data (business name, address, reviews, performance metrics) accessed via the Google Business Profile API upon your explicit authorisation; usage data including login timestamps and feature interactions.
Your data is used solely to provide and improve the LocalEdge service: account management and authentication; delivering Google Business Profile management features; sending transactional emails (welcome, alerts, weekly reports); processing payments via Stripe or Paddle; complying with legal obligations.
LocalEdge accesses your Google Business Profile data exclusively through the official Google Business Profile API, using the business.manage scope you authorise. We do not sell, share, or use this data for advertising purposes. Google API data is used only to provide the features you request and is not retained beyond what is necessary for service delivery.
We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with trusted sub-processors necessary to deliver the service: Stripe and Paddle (payment processing), Brevo (transactional email), Hetzner (hosting), Google (API access). All sub-processors are bound by appropriate data processing agreements.
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion, personal data is deleted within 30 days, except where retention is required by law (e.g. billing records for 7 years under UK tax law).

LocalEdge uses strictly necessary session cookies for authentication and security. No third-party advertising or tracking cookies are used. You may manage cookie preferences through your browser settings.
