This Privacy Policy explains how the AVISION application (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, stores and protects your data, including data received from Google APIs, when you use our SaaS platform.

2.1 AVISION Account Data
To provide our service, we collect basic information such as your name, email address, and billing details. This information is used solely for account management and communication.
2.2 Data Received via Google APIs
When you authorize AVISION to access your Google account via the business.manage scope,
we collect the following information regarding your Google Business Profiles:
- Business Metadata: Names, addresses, and categories of your listings.
- Review Data: Customer ratings, review text, and timestamps.
- Performance Metrics: Insights regarding views, clicks, and calls.
We adhere to the principle of data minimization: we only request and process data that is strictly necessary to provide the SEO monitoring and review management features.
3. Use of Google Data and Limited Use Disclosure
AVISION’s use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Specifically, we use data received from Google APIs to:
- Display centralized SEO performance dashboards for your business listings.
- Enable you to respond to customer reviews directly through the AVISION interface.
- Generate AI-driven “AVI” SEO coaching reports based on your listing performance.
Commitment against sharing: We do not sell, rent, or trade your Google data with third parties. Your data is never used for advertising purposes or provided to data brokers.
4. Data Storage and Security
Google OAuth access and refresh tokens are stored using industry-standard encryption in our secure database. These tokens are used exclusively to maintain the connection required for real-time data synchronization.
You can revoke AVISION’s access to your Google account at any time via the Google Security Settings .
5. Retention and Deletion
We retain synchronized Google data only for as long as your AVISION account is active. If you choose to delete your account or revoke permissions, all associated Google data and tokens will be permanently removed from our active databases within 30 days.
