Frequently Asked Questions

Is the premium access really free for life?

Yes — no credit card required, no expiry date, no renewal. Your premium access remains active as long as your nonprofit status is verified and your ambassador commitments are maintained. The AVI assistant is available free up to level 3, then limited if no premium option is active.

What happens if I don't fulfill my ambassador commitments?

Avision will send a 30-day regularization notice. If commitments are not met within that period, the 50% discount on premium options will automatically revert to standard rates. Donations already paid are never reclaimed. Your free platform access remains active.

How does the referral reward work?

When a business you referred signs up on Avision and pays their entry fee, Avision automatically transfers 50% of the amount actually collected (after deducting half of Stripe processing fees) directly to your nonprofit. Transfer processed within 2–3 business days via Stripe, 7 days via PayPal, or up to 21 days via bank transfer.

How long does nonprofit verification take?

Up to 72 business hours depending on incoming request volume.

What documents do I need to register?

Only your official registration number (RNA, EIN, Charity Number, ABN, CRA number, etc.). No document upload required — your number will be verified directly on the public online registry.

Can I get the 50% discount without being an ambassador?

No — the 50% discount is exclusively reserved for verified nonprofits who accept the ambassador commitments. The free platform access is also conditional on maintaining these commitments.

What counts as "actively promoting" Avision?

The 4 commitments are: word-of-mouth with local businesses, sharing 1 Avision post/month on social media, referring businesses via your personal link, and sharing your experience (review or testimonial). There is no minimum referral quota required.

How are referral donations paid?

Donations are processed automatically. Your nonprofit receives 50% of the amount actually collected, net of half the Stripe processing fees. Timelines: 2–3 business days via Stripe, 7 days via PayPal, up to 21 days via bank transfer.

Can my nonprofit have more than 1 GBP profile?

The free offer includes 1 GBP profile. Additional profiles can be added at standard wholesale rates (contact@avision.org).

What happens if my nonprofit status changes?

You must notify Avision immediately at contact@avision.org. If your organization loses its nonprofit status, the free access and 50% discounts will be reviewed. Donations already paid are never reclaimed.
